Green Harissa Sauce

(recipe from drhyman.com)

1 packed cup flat leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/4 cup mint leaves
2 medium cloves garlic
Juice from half a lemon
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

Place all ingredients except the olive oil into a blender and blend until smooth.  While the blender is running, slowly add the oil until incorporated.

(Delicious and easy sauce.  Can be used with noodles, zucchini noodles, any veggies.)
