4 servings.
2 cups water
2 cups oats
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
maple syrup, for serving
Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Stir in oats; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with maple syrup.
